PAMA Announces New Member Benefit

Lexington, KY, March 21, 2002 - Showing a dedication to the aircraft maintenance technician, the Professional Aviation Maintenance Association (PAMA) and AirLog Imaging of Lexington, KY have united to provide a valuable benefit to PAMA members. The MxTx on CD - (Maintenance Technician on CD) program is being offered exclusively to PAMA members. This customized program, geared specifically to the aircraft maintenance professional, allows complete duplication of individual records for personal record keeping and/or as required by the FAA to meet accountability and traceability standards (FAR Part 65 draft). The program allows the user to locate current and historical maintenance information about their work history in seconds by viewing the exact records on CD-ROM.

The benefit of this program is the safe archiving of an individuals aviation experience as an aviation maintenance professional. The program provides duplicate documentation of employment activities, work history and protection of this information from fire, flood, loss, and other events that would make reconstruction difficult. Examples of these archived records include:
  • Certifications, Education & Training records: certificates earned, school attended, military
  • Correspondence: letters written or received
  • Mx Signoffs by Year: logbook and other signoffs organized by year
  • Personnel Information: references, reviews, resumes, copies of passport, membership cards, old/current job descriptions, business cards, vendor information, company benefits information, any other information you wish to keep "on file"
  • Pictures: aircraft/ components worked on, unique problems, co-workers
  • Logbooks: copies of entries made into Technician Logbook
  • Tools: pictures, invoices, insurance information

  • $49.95 for 1 - 100 pages (includes 10 photos per 100)
  • $79.95 for 1 - 200 pages
  • $99.95 for 1 - 300 pages
  • $150.00 for 1 - 500 pages
  • .50¢ per photo and $10 per CD-ROM


This program cost includes: Scanning all records to 100% quality assurance, the viewer software, development of organized file structure, zoom, print & imaging exporting (for e-mailing), and UNLIMITED product / technical support.
